Ice Breaker Temperament Evaluation
For the safety and happiness of all dogs in our care, we require that each pet be evaluated by our staff. The “Ice Breaker Temperament” Evaluation allows the pet to become familiar and more comfortable with the staff, the resort and other guests. The Ice Breaker also allows staff to evaluate your pet’s personality to determine which play group will best suit them. If for any reason your pet has trouble adjusting, we will do our very best to work with both you and your pet until we are able to find a solution.
Some pets may not be permitted due to aggressive behaviors towards staff or other pets. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment in which you can feel confident leaving your pet to play!

Multiple Pet Family
Your bonded siblings can stay together and enjoy snuggling during naptime while meeting new friends in the yard during playtime. We offer a multiple pet family discount for each additional dog sharing a room. Siblings must live in the same household and the discount does not apply if the siblings cannot comfortably fit in a suite together and a separate suite is needed.

We recognize the different needs of our feline guests and have specifically designed individual accommodations to make your cat's stay as stress free and enjoyable as possible. We feature a separate cat boarding area for minimal contact with the canine population. Being separated from our canine guests helps ensure a low-stress environment where our cats enjoy all kinds of activities and comfort they crave, yet they are located where they can see all the activity of the day and interact with the staff regularly. While you are away, you can rest assured knowing that your feline friend will receive the highest quality of care.
